Prof. Antonio Ammendolia
Sports Physio
Antonio Ammendolia, born on 22/12/1961 in Catanzaro - Italy, where he resides. Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1987, specialized in Orthopedics and Physiatry. Full Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the “MAGNA GRÆCIA” University of Catanzaro. Head of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of the University Hospital of Catanzaro. Director of the Specialization Course in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, President of the Council of the Degree Course in Physiotherapy. He is also a member of scientific committees and a member of national and international scientific societies, including ISPRM (International Society of Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine), ESPRM (European Society of Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine). The intense scientific and research activity is evidenced by over 200 publications in international journals indexed on Scopus and Web of Science.
